Arsenal and ramsey have been locked in negotiations over a new contract and, progress  seems to be an impossibility with arsenal having withdrawn their contract offer after Ramsey had requested for a wage package matching that of Mesut Ozil. Recently he has been linked with so many clubs with both Juventus and Bayern leading the chase, with a host of other premier league clubs looking to sign the welsh man, but currently rumours has it that Juventus has offered ramsey a 200,000 pound a week which has blown other suitors out of the race. What is the reason behind the juventus offer, it is said that Allegri wants ramsey for more goal threat from midfeild, with juve's midfeild trio pjanic, matuidi and bettencur registering a total of 3 goals this season and with ramsey proving to be a goal threat over the years so he might be the solution to that problem.
